To secure your booking, full payment in advance is required. This ensures a seamless experience with guaranteed availability for your trip.

Malang to Banyuwangi : 1.400.000 IDR/Car (82 /Car)
Malang to Tumpak Sewu Area : 875.000 IDR/Car (51 /Car)
Malang to Djuanda International Airport Surabaya : 950.000 IDR/Car (55 /Car)

Our car is designed for comfort, accommodating up to 3 passengers, with the option to add 1 extra person if needed.

  • Additional Passenger: 65,000 IDR/Pax (€4/Pax)
  • Extra Waiting Time: 50,000 IDR/Hour (€4/Hour) 
  • Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, we offer up to 2 hours of complimentary waiting time after the trip has commenced. For delays beyond this period without prior notice, an additional charge will apply to compensate for the driver’s waiting time.

Malang Ciy Center Area. Pick-up outside Malang City or Drop-offs outside at your preferred destination’s city center will incur an additional fee, calculated based on distance. Please contact us for detailed pricing and arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Please note that cancellations or changes are subject to the following policy:

  • More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
  • 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

  • Respect the Itinerary & Driver’s Instructions, For a well-organized trip, we may not be able to accommodate requests that involve disregarding the driver’s guidance or altering the planned schedule.
  • Be Punctual & Stay Updated, To avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure you are on time for pick-up. If there are any changes to your flight arrival or departure, kindly inform us as soon as possible.
  • Itinerary Adjustments, The schedule is based on estimated travel times, but unexpected factors such as traffic, destination conditions, or natural occurrences may require adjustments. Your understanding and flexibility are appreciated.
  • Unforeseen Events & Force Majeure, We do not provide refunds or discounts for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as:
    ✔ Bad weather
    ✔ Road closures or ceremonial events
    ✔ Destination maintenance or inaccessibility
    ✔ Natural disasters or other force majeure situations
  • Additional Participants & Extra Destinations, We cannot accommodate extra guests not listed in the confirmed booking or any additional destinations not included in the itinerary.
  • Insurance Disclaimer, Please note that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during the trip. Guests are encouraged to arrange personal insurance for added protection and peace of mind.
