To secure your booking, full payment in advance is required. This ensures a seamless experience with guaranteed availability for your trip.
850.000 IDR/Car (50 € /Car)
Our car is designed for comfort, accommodating up to 3 passengers, with the option to add 1 extra person if needed.
- Additional passenger (beyond 3 people): 65,000 IDR per person (3.8€ per person) (Max. 4 passengers per car)
- Extra hours (if exceeding 10 hours): 85,000 IDR per hour (5.3 € per hour)
Note : If the trip extends beyond the allocated time due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, an extra hour charge will apply. We appreciate your understanding!

Malang City Center Area. Pick-up or Drop-offs outside Malang city center will incur an additional fee, calculated based on distance. Please contact us for detailed pricing and arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Please note that cancellations or changes are subject to the following policy:
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

- Follow the Driver’s Instructions: To ensure a smooth and safe experience, we cannot accommodate requests that disregard the driver’s guidance or deviate from the planned schedule.
- Punctuality Matters: Please be on time for your pickup to avoid delays. If there are any changes to your scheduled booking, kindly inform us in advance.
- Itinerary Adjustments: The estimated itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
- Destination closures due to weather conditions, religious ceremonies, maintenance, or natural disasters.
- Unfavorable conditions that prevent visits to planned destinations.
- Extra passengers beyond the confirmed booking cannot be added before or during the trip.
- Unlisted destinations cannot be included in the itinerary once the trip is confirmed.
- No Insurance Coverage: Our service does not provide insurance for accidents, illnesses, injuries, or personal losses. We highly recommend securing personal travel insurance for peace of mind.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the trip.
