What to Prepare for Your Adventure
Before embarking on your journey, it’s essential to come well-prepared to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here’s what you should bring for each destination:
Tumpak Sewu Waterfall
- Comfortable, non-slip footwear – Water shoes or trekking sandals are recommended, as the trail includes slippery paths, river crossings, and rocky terrain. (Water shoes are available for rent on-site.)
- Dry bag – Essential for protecting your electronics, including your phone, camera, and drone.
- Light, breathable clothing – Ideal for trekking and enjoying the waterfal.
- Spare clothes & towel – You’ll likely get wet, so bring a change of clothes for comfort.
- Water & snacks – Keep yourself hydrated and energized throughout the trek.
Bromo & Ijen Volcanoes
- Sturdy, comfortable shoes – The terrain can be rocky and uneven, so good footwear is a must.
- Warm layered clothing – Temperatures can drop significantly, especially during the pre-dawn hike. Wear layers that are easy to remove as the day warms up.
- Water & snacks – A quick energy boost will help keep you going on your adventure.
By packing smart, you’ll be ready to fully enjoy the breathtaking landscapes and thrilling experiences these destinations have to offer!
