Pickup from Your Accommodation in Malang (00:15 AM – 00:45 AM)
Your adventure begins with a midnight pickup from your accommodation in Malang. As this is a shared jeep tour, pickup times range from 00:00 to 00:30 AM, depending on your location. Please be patient, as the driver will pick up other participants along the way. The latest pickup may extend up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
Arriving at the Sunrise Viewpoint (03:15 AM – 03:45 AM)
Upon arrival at the sunrise viewpoint, you’ll wait for the breathtaking sunrise, which typically occurs around 04:30 AM. Expect a waiting time of 1 to 2 hours before the first light appears. The early arrival ensures a prime parking spot, reducing walking distance and giving you the advantage of reaching the viewpoint ahead of the crowd.
Exploring Bromo Crater After Sunrise (6:00 AM)
After enjoying the sunrise, your jeep will take you to the Bromo Crater parking area, arriving at approximately 7:00 AM. From here, a short trek across the sandy terrain and 250-step staircase leads you to the crater’s edge. Take your time to explore and admire the volcanic landscape, but be cautious—the crater rim is narrow and can be slippery.
Return Journey to Malang (8:00 AM)
Before heading back to Malang, you’ll pass through iconic landscapes such as the Sea of Sand, Bromo Valley, and the Savanna—perfect for capturing stunning photos. The return trip takes approximately 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
Arrival in Malang – End of Tour (10:00 AM)
By 10:00 AM, you’ll arrive back at your accommodation in Malang, marking the end of an unforgettable Bromo adventure.

- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

- Destination Closures – Some sites have fixed closing days. If Bromo, Ijen, or other locations close unexpectedly (e.g., ceremonies, natural causes), we offer a free reschedule for the next day. If closures persist, we provide partial or full refunds based on the completed portion of your trip.
- Force Majeure – No refunds or discounts apply for unforeseen events such as weather conditions, maintenance, or natural disasters affecting access to destinations.
- No Extra Participants or Destinations – Only confirmed participants may join, and itinerary changes are not permitted.
- Insurance Disclaimer – We do not provide insurance for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Please ensure you have personal coverage for your safety and peace of mind.
