- Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, we offer up to 2 hours of complimentary waiting time after the trip has commenced. For delays beyond this period without prior notice, an additional charge will apply to compensate for the driver’s waiting time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Please note that cancellations or changes are subject to the following policy:
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

- Itinerary Adjustments, The schedule is based on estimated travel times, but unexpected factors such as traffic, destination conditions, or natural occurrences may require adjustments. Your understanding and flexibility are appreciated.
- Unforeseen Events & Force Majeure, We do not provide refunds or discounts for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as:
