Program Itinerary
The transfer from Banyuwangi to Probolinggo (Bromo area) takes approximately 7 to 9 hours, depending on traffic. As this is a shared service, our drivers may make additional stops in Probolinggo to drop off other passengers. We appreciate your patience and cooperation for a smooth journey.
For your journey to Bromo, we offer two convenient shared transport options:
- Banyuwangi to Probolinggo City – Drop-off between 6:00 – 7:00 PM
- Banyuwangi to Cemoro Lawang / Sukapura Village (Bromo Area) – Drop-off between 7:00 – 8:00 PM
During the trip, we will make a scheduled stop at a local restaurant, allowing you to take a break and enjoy a meal. However, please note that meals and drinks are not included in the transport fare and will be at your own expense.
Area Covered for Pick Up
Banyuwangi City Center Area. Drop-offs outside Banyuwangi city center will incur an additional fee, calculated based on distance. Please contact us for detailed pricing and arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Please note that cancellations or changes are subject to the following policy:
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

This trip is designed to be budget-friendly and shared among participants. The experience aligns with its affordable price, and we kindly ask for cooperation in maintaining a smooth journey for everyone. Please note:
- Respect the Schedule & Group Dynamics – Follow the driver’s instructions, adhere to the itinerary, and be mindful of fellow travelers. We cannot accommodate requests that disrupt the group experience.
- Punctuality Matters – Be on time for pick-up to avoid delays. As this is a shared trip, timely arrivals ensure a seamless experience for all.
- Itinerary Adjustments – Estimated schedules may change due to traffic, destination conditions, or natural factors. Please remain flexible.
- Destination Closures – Some sites have fixed closing days. If Bromo, Ijen, or other locations close unexpectedly (e.g., ceremonies, natural causes), we offer a free reschedule for the next day. If closures persist, we provide partial or full refunds based on the completed portion of your trip.
- Force Majeure – No refunds or discounts apply for unforeseen events such as weather conditions, maintenance, or natural disasters affecting access to destinations.
- No Extra Participants or Destinations – Only confirmed participants may join, and itinerary changes are not permitted.
- Insurance Disclaimer – We do not provide insurance for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Please ensure you have personal coverage for your safety and peace of mind.
