Program Itinerary
- Pick-Up from Your Accommodation (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM) Our driver will begin picking up participants from various accommodations across Banyuwangi City between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. As this is a shared transport service, pick-up will be done in sequence, so you may need to wait for your turn. We appreciate your patience, and our driver will ensure a smooth and efficient process, with a maximum delay of 15 minutes beyond the scheduled window if necessary.
- Starting Journey to Bromo (Probolinggo Area) Once all passengers are on board, we’ll embark on a 7 to 9-hour journey to Probolinggo (Bromo area). Travel time may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.
- Arrival in Bromo Area (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM) Upon arrival, our driver will drop you off at your homestay in the Bromo area between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The evening is yours to relax—take a rest, explore the surroundings, or prepare for the thrilling midnight trekking experience ahead!
- Jeep Adventure Begins (3:30 AM – 4:00 AM) Early in the morning, a 4WD Jeep will pick you up from your homestay and take you to Penanjakan Viewpoint, the most iconic spot to witness Bromo’s breathtaking sunrise over the legendary sea of clouds.
- Sunrise at Penanjakan (4:00 AM – 6:00 AM) Enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime moment as the sun rises over the stunning volcanic landscape. Capture the golden hues of dawn, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and marvel at the panoramic views of Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, and Mount Semeru in the distance.
- Exploring Bromo Crater & Sacred Temple (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM) After sunrise, the journey continues as you descend toward Bromo Crater. Walk across the vast Sea of Sand and hike up the crater rim for a closer look at the steaming volcanic caldera. On the way, you’ll also visit Pura Luhur Poten, a sacred Hindu temple nestled within the volcanic landscape, where local Tenggerese people perform traditional prayers and rituals.
- Return to Homestay & Breakfast (9:00 AM – 10:00 AM) Head back to your homestay to freshen up and enjoy a well-deserved breakfast. Take some time to relax before preparing for checkout.
- Departure & Drop-Off (10:00 AM) At 10:00 AM, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Probolinggo Train Station or Probolinggo Bus Station, ensuring a smooth and convenient journey to your next destination.

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Please note that cancellations or changes are subject to the following policy:
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

- Respect the Schedule & Group Dynamics – Follow the driver’s instructions, adhere to the itinerary, and be mindful of fellow travelers. We cannot accommodate requests that disrupt the group experience.
- Punctuality Matters – Be on time for pick-up to avoid delays. As this is a shared trip, timely arrivals ensure a seamless experience for all.
- Itinerary Adjustments – Estimated schedules may change due to traffic, destination conditions, or natural factors. Please remain flexible.
- Destination Closures – Some sites have fixed closing days. If Bromo, Ijen, or other locations close unexpectedly (e.g., ceremonies, natural causes), we offer a free reschedule for the next day. If closures persist, we provide partial or full refunds based on the completed portion of your trip.
- Force Majeure – No refunds or discounts apply for unforeseen events such as weather conditions, maintenance, or natural disasters affecting access to destinations.
- No Extra Participants or Destinations – Only confirmed participants may join, and itinerary changes are not permitted.
- Insurance Disclaimer – We do not provide insurance for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Please ensure you have personal coverage for your safety and peace of mind.
