Designed for up to 5 passengers, our shuttle ensures a smooth and relaxing ride straight from your accommodation. Pickup Time: Between 00:00 AM – 00:55 AM. Please wait in the designated area 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. We guarantee your pickup within 35 minutes of the scheduled time.

Important: As per the 2024 regulations, a health certificate is mandatory for the Ijen hike. If you don’t have one, feel free to consult us for assistance. - Heading to Paltuding Area (Ijen Hiking Post) 00.45 – 02.00 AM Nestled in the Licin Village region, Ijen Crater is approximately 30 km from Banyuwangi city, making it a convenient yet exciting journey. Under normal traffic conditions, the ride takes about one hour. However, as you join fellow adventurers on this early-morning expedition, travel time may extend to 1–1.5 hours due to increased traffic.
- Briefing, Entrance & Ticketing before Hiking Your Ijen Crater journey begins at Paltuding Post, the official entrance to this breathtaking volcanic trek. Upon arrival, you’ll meet your local Ijen trekking leader, who will guide you through a quick preparation session before you embark on your hike.
Essential Gear Checklist:
✔ Warm jacket & gloves – Temperatures can be quite cold at higher altitudes.
✔ Headlamp or flashlight – A must-have for navigating the dark trails before sunrise.
✔ Gas mask – Crucial for protection against sulfur gases near the crater. (No worries! Your trekking leader will provide both a gas mask and a headlamp before you start.)
As you ascend, follow your guide’s instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable trek. With the right preparation, you’ll be ready to witness Ijen’s legendary blue fire—a natural phenomenon that makes this hike truly unforgettable! - Hiking to Ijen Crater 02.30 AM – 04.30 AM As you hike towards the Ijen Crater, you’ll likely encounter local sulfur miners making their way up and down the trail. While they know the route well, it’s essential to follow your Ijen local trekking leader, especially when traveling in a group, to ensure a safe and smooth journey.

⏳ Duration to the Peak: Around 1.5 – 2 hours, depending on your pace - Ijen Volcano Exploration As you arrive at the summit of Ijen Crater, you’ll catch a glimpse of the mesmerizing blue fire from a distance. If you’re up for more adventure, continue your trekking Ijen experience by exploring the summit trails, leading to breathtaking sunrise viewpoints. From here, you’ll witness the stunning turquoise crater lake up close—one of the highlights of this incredible journey
- Heading Back to Paltuding Post 7.00 – 8.30 AM After witnessing the blue fire, the stunning turquoise lake, and the breathtaking sunrise, it’s time to make your way down from the Ijen Crater summit. The descent is generally easier than the climb, though the trail can get a bit crowded as more hikers make their way up. On average, it takes 1 to 1.5 hours to reach Paltuding Post.
- Journey Back to your accommodation 8.30 – 9.30 AM The journey from Paltuding Post typically takes 1 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions. We’ll drop you off one by one based on your accommodation location for a seamless and comfortable return.

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Please note that cancellations or changes are subject to the following policy:
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

This trip is designed to be budget-friendly and shared among participants. The experience aligns with its affordable price, and we kindly ask for cooperation in maintaining a smooth journey for everyone. Please note:
- Avoid Wearing Gold or Silver Accessories – Sulfur exposure can cause discoloration, turning them black.
- Check the Schedule – Ijen Crater is closed on the first Friday of every month. If your hike falls between Thursday night and Friday morning, entry is not permitted.
- New Entry Requirements – Hikers must provide a copy of their passport and a valid health certificate issued within three days before the hike.
- Respect the Schedule & Group Dynamics – Follow the driver’s instructions, adhere to the itinerary, and be mindful of fellow travelers. We cannot accommodate requests that disrupt the group experience.
- Punctuality Matters – Be on time for pick-up to avoid delays. As this is a shared trip, timely arrivals ensure a seamless experience for all.
- Itinerary Adjustments – Estimated schedules may change due to traffic, destination conditions, or natural factors. Please remain flexible.
- Destination Closures – Some sites have fixed closing days. If Bromo, Ijen, or other locations close unexpectedly (e.g., ceremonies, natural causes), we offer a free reschedule for the next day. If closures persist, we provide partial or full refunds based on the completed portion of your trip.
- Force Majeure – No refunds or discounts apply for unforeseen events such as weather conditions, maintenance, or natural disasters affecting access to destinations.
- No Extra Participants or Destinations – Only confirmed participants may join, and itinerary changes are not permitted.
- Insurance Disclaimer – We do not provide insurance for accidents, injuries, or lost items. Please ensure you have personal coverage for your safety and peace of mind.
